We had the most relaxed and home-like experience at the hostel. The staff members were friendly, and one even went out of their way to assist me with a personal problem. The back garden was the perfect place to socialize and make new friends. Highly recommended! You won't regret it.

Great hostel! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the location, right across from a famous landmark and close to public transportation. the hostel had multiple kitchens and refrigerators, which was convenient. the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and socialize. had a wonderful Christmas experience.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable and noisy. It would be great if they could be tightened against the wall to prevent the staggering.

We had a fantastic stay at Terrace! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had comfortable bedding. the toilets were well-maintained, with both hot and cold running water, separate facilities for men and women, and provided liquid soap and towel paper. the location was ideal, with famous attractions such as Jerónimos Monastery, Museu Nacional dos Coches, Afonso de Albuquerque Garden, and Pasteis de Belém just a short distance away. the hostel also offered reasonably fast internet and a tasty complimentary breakfast. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient stay. Cons: Nothing for me. 😊.
